The Infection Control Professionals of Southern New England, Inc (ICPSNE) acknowledges that you are participating as a sponsor and/or that your company will have a booth at the upcoming conference to be held on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI. (*See below for directions).
The time set aside for participants to visit vendor booths will be during registration at 7:45 a.m., during the morning break at 9:25 a.m., and from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon, just prior to lunch. Booths should be set up at 7:15 am and should be completed prior to 9:25 a.m. in the large foyer area directly outside the Grand Ballroom
(far left side of the building). The booth tables are six feet long. Booth selection is assigned. Please check in at the vendor registration table. An attendee list will be available on-site upon request.
