2023 Conference Vendor Registration Form
Greetings! The Infection Control Professionals of Southern New England, Inc (ICPSNE) invites you to support our Annual Education Conference scheduled for Wednesday November 1, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI. There are many opportunities to support this event including sponsoring speakers, Wi-Fi or lunch during the conference. This year’s Conference title is BACK TO BASICS and include the topics (presenters confirmation pending):
“Outbreaks: A year in Review”
“Biofilm Threat to Patient Safety”
“Ultrasound Infection Prevention: Disinfection of Probes Used in Percutaneous Procedures”
“RN by the Bedside”
We expect an audience of 75-100 that include healthcare professionals from acute care, ambulatory, long term care, home care, and other primary care settings. An attendee list will be available upon request & include name, facility & telephone number.
The schedule allows for 1.5 hours for attendees to spend visiting vendors. Participants are included in a raffle at the conclusion of the event. They must visit the booths in order to be included in the raffle. Please provide a raffle prize to ensure all attendees visit your booth!

Early registration enjoys a $50.00 registration fee discount!
Early registration ends October 1st, 2023 Registration closes on October 25, 2023.
